Returns
Timeframe
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Cancellations are valid within 1 hour of placing your order.
Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Process
To begin a return, email us at support@ellisraeboutique.com with your order number and a brief explanation for the return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not offer free returns.
Refunds
Inspection
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
Processing
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges
Damaged or Defective Items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at support@ellisraeboutique.com, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift card will be emailed to you.
